Los Angeles, Ca – September 15, 2017 WaterTower Music today announced the details of the soundtrack to The LEGO® NINJAGO® Movie, the new big-screen animated adventure in the Warner Bros. Pictures’ LEGO franchise, in theaters September 22nd.

WaterTower Music today announced the details of the soundtrack to The LEGO® NINJAGO® Movie, the new big-screen animated adventure in the Warner Bros. Pictures’ LEGO franchise, in theaters September 22nd.
The music was composed by Devo founding member Mark Mothersbaugh (The LEGO Movie, 21 Jump Street, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs, The Royal Tenenbaums, Rushmore). Additionally, the soundtrack features new songs from Blaze N Vill, Jingle Punks, The DeLuca Brothers, Louis Cole and Genevieve Artadi, and Oh, Hush! Feat. Jeff Lewis, who contributed the end title track “Friends Are Family” to The LEGO Batman Movie soundtrack. The album also includes fun flute interludes of classics “Welcome To The Jungle,” “It’s The Hard Knock Life,” and “The Power.”

he LEGO NINJAGO Movie will screen in theaters in both 3D and 2D, beginning September 22, 2017. This latest big-screen LEGO animated adventure stars Dave Franco, Justin Theroux, Fred Armisen, Abbi Jacobson, Olivia Munn, Kumail Nanjiani, Michael Peña, Zach Woods, and Jackie Chan, as the battle for NINJAGO City calls to action young Master Builder Lloyd, aka the Green Ninja, along with his friends, who are all secret ninja warriors. Led by Master Wu, as wise-cracking as he is wise, they must defeat evil warlord Garmadon, The Worst Guy Ever, who also happens to be Lloyd’s dad. Pitting mech against mech and father against son, the epic showdown will test this fierce but undisciplined team of modern-day ninjas, who must learn to check their egos and pull together to unleash their inner power.
The LEGO NINJAGO Movie is directed by Charlie Bean, Paul Fisher and Bob Logan, from a screenplay by Bob Logan & Paul Fisher & William Wheeler & Tom Wheeler and Jared Stern & John Whittington, story by Hilary Winston & Bob Logan & Paul Fisher & William Wheeler & Tom Wheeler and Dan Hageman & Kevin Hageman, based on LEGO Construction Toys.
