Sony Classical will release Michael Giacchino's score to War of the Planet of the Apes on July 7nd 2017. Matt Reeves is back to direct the film starring Andy Serkis, Woody Harrelson, Steve Zahn, Amiah Miller, Karin Konoval and Terry Notary. Reeves also brings back composer Michael Giacchino to write the score. After Dawn of the Planet of the Apes Giacchino's has written the score for the final conflict between man and ape. The total playtime of the soundtrack will be 75 minutes. Michael Giacchino is having a busy year with The book of Henry, Spider-man: Homecoming and now War of the Planet of the Apes.
