Sony has released Danny Elfman’s score to The Circle on april 28th 2017.
The film is directed by James Ponsoldt and is starring Emma Watson, Tom Hanks, John Boyega, Patton Oswalt, Bill Paxton, Karen Gillan and Ellar Coltrane.
The music for this thriller is written by Danny Elfman (Spiderman 1 + 2, Alice in Wonderland, Planet of the Apes, Edward Scissorhand, Fifty Shades, …).
He created an all electronic score for the film. The film is based on the novel The Circle written by Dave Eggers.
The soundtrack contains Elfman’s music and also the song Simple Gifts perfomed by Jónsi. The total playtime of the album is 39 minutes.
