The Good Dinosaur

Mychael and Jeff Danna’s score available 11/20/2015

Walt Disney Records will release on November 20th 2015 Mychael and Jeff Danna’s score to the new Pixar animation film The Good Dinosaur. The Good Dinosaur asks the question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? Pixar Animation Studios takes you on an epic journey into the world of dinosaurs where an Apatosaurus named Arlo makes an unlikely human friend. While traveling through a harsh and mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of. The film is directed by Peter Sohn and is starring the voices of Raymond Ochoa, Jeffrey Wright, Anna Paquin and A.J. Buckley. Originally it was up to Thomas Newman to write the score but due to some schedule conflicts the music was written by Mychael Danna (Life of Pi, Moneyball, Capote,…) and Jeff Danna (Fracture, Resident Evil: Apocalypse,…). The total playtime of the album will be 63 minutes.
