After graduating from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music with First Class Honours in Composition, Helena moved to Tokyo to work as an Orchestrator for renowned film composer Yoshihiro Ike.
Since returning to Australia, she has composed the music for acclaimed productions including Blind Ambition, which won the Audience Award for Best Feature Documentary at Tribeca Film Festival in 2021, the Emmy Award-winning children’s animation Bluey, the Walkley Documentary Award-winning series Revelation, and all 7 seasons of AACTA Award-winning Australian Survivor.
