Crisis on Infinite Earths as part of the fifth season of Supergirl, the first season of Batwoman, the sixth season of The Flash, the eighth season of Arrow and the fifth season of Legends of Tomorrow.

Ten thousand years ago on the planet Maltus, Mar Novu experiments with time travel to witness the birth of the universe. Instead, Novu is transported to the netherverse at the dawn of time, leading to the creation of the Anti-Monitor.
In the present, having already destroyed multiple Earths, the Anti-Monitor sends an antimatter wave to Earth-38. There, Querl Dox detects a wave approaching Argo City prompting Kara Danvers to warn her mother Alura Zor-El, her cousin Clark Kent and his wife Lois Lane. Clark and Lois safely send their son Jonathan to Earth just before the wave erases Argo. Lyla Michaels, now a Harbinger, recruits Oliver Queen, Mia Smoak, Barry Allen, Kate Kane, Sara Lance, Ray Palmer and the Kents to the D.E.O. on a briefing of the current status of the Crisis as Novu raises a Quantum tower to impede the wave. Elseworlds as part of the fifth season of The Flash, the seventh season of Arrow and the fourth season of Supergirl.
On Earth-90, the Flash escaped as a mysterious figure used a powerful book to destroy that Earth. On Earth-1, the same figure gave the book to Arkham Asylum psychiatrist John Deegan, who used it to rewrite reality according to his will. The following day, Oliver Queen and Barry Allen woke up in each other's lives; Oliver is the Flash and Barry is the Green Arrow. At S.T.A.R. Labs, Team Flash did not believe them and locked them up in 'The Pipeline'. Oliver and Barry used each other's abilities to escape and travel to Earth-38 to get help from Kara Danvers and acquainted themselves with her cousin Clark Kent and his girlfriend Lois Lane.
