Although the time codes are identical for both tracks, they are very much not alike. Side one contains an upbeat vocal track performed by a mostly male chorus while side two starts out as a very quiet, jazzy instrumental that works its way into full swing before the song comes to an end. A shorter and stereo version of track one was included the 50th and 60th Disneyland anniversary CD sets that debuted exclusively at the theme park.

'Adventure Thru Inner Space' was a Tomorrowland attraction at the Disneyland theme park in Anaheim that was in operation from August, 1967 to September, 1985, until it was replaced by Star Tours. Sponsored by Monsanto, guests that rode the attraction were transported through a giant microscope to see what the inside of an atom might look like.
