James Darren is Crooner Vic Fontaine uit Star Trek Deep Space Nine series. Dit album bevat nagenoeg alle door Vic (of James) gezongen stukken uit DS9. James Darren is niet alleen zanger en entertainer maar ook acteur en regiseur, zo was hij betrokken bij series als Melrose Place, The Time Tunnel en Walker Texas Ranger en films als Gidget, en The Guns of Navarone. Ook in The Flintstones mocht hij zijn opwachting maken als Jimmy Darrock.
