In the sequel to 2017 hit The Jungle Bunch, a mysterious super-villain covers the jungle with a toxic pink foam that explodes on contact with water, prompting the heroic animals to set off on a race-against-time journey around the world to find an antidote before the rainy season starts.
After The Jungle Bunch, Terra Willy, Pil and Pattie (also released by Music Box Records), Olivier Cussac provides a dynamic and classic fully orchestral adventure score, offering a wide array of musical styles and genres. The lively score is performed by the Orchestre National d’Île-de-France.
This present album also features the premiere CD release of his iconic score to the TV series Les As de la Jungle à la rescousse ! (The Jungle Bunch: To the Rescue, 2013). This OST is also available on digital edition.
Les As de la Jungle 2 - Opération tour du monde is released in French theaters in August 16, 2023.
