Dragon’s Domain Records presents Excessive Force II: Force On Force, featuring music composed by Kevin Kiner (Star Wars: The Bad Batch, Peacemaker, Doom Patrol) for the 1995 action film directed by Jonathan Winfrey, written by Mark Sevi and starring Stacie Randall, Mandingo Warrior, Bradford Tatum, David Hugghins, Rick Taylor Barnes, Michael Wiseman, Dan Gauthier, Henry Brown, John Sanderford and Jay Patterson.

A sequel in name only to the 1993 action film starring Thomas Ian Griffith, Force On Force introduces Harley Cordell (Randall), a military criminal investigator for the US Army. Harley arrives on the scene of an apparent mob hit at a cemetery in Los Angeles, just in the nick of time to save Detective O’Conner from some local thugs.
Harley offers to help O’Conner with his investigation of the hit but she’s really in town hunting Francis Lydell (Gauthier), her former commanding officer and lover. Lydell shot her in the head after she turned down his offer to become part of a freelance hit team he was putting together.
She still has a bullet fragment in her head from the incident, which causes her occasional bouts of disorientation and could kill her if left untreated. Harley learns that Lydell’s next target is a mob informant being held in protective custody at the police station downtown.
Can she survive long enough to get her revenge?

Director Jonathan Winfrey and Kevin Kiner enjoyed their collaborative experience on Force On Force so much, they continued working together for four more films: Black Scorpion, Black Scorpion II: Aftershock, Carnosaur 3: Primal Species and Legend Of The Lost Tomb.

Prolific composer Kevin Kiner began his film music career in 1985, scoring a number of television projects, including all 100+ episodes of the syndicated 1988-92 superhero TV series Superboy.
His subsequent, mostly television, endeavors range from animated Star Wars series such as The Clone Wars and The Bad Batch, Westerns and cop TV shows like Walker, Texas Ranger, CSI: Miami and Narcos: Mexico, and DC superhero shows such as Doom Patrol, Peacemaker and Titans.

Dragon’s Domain Records presents the premiere release of Excessive Force II: Force On Force, featuring music composed by Kevin Kiner.
The liner notes are written by composer and author Brian Satterwhite, featuring the participation of the composer and the director.

The music has been mastered by James Nelson at Digital Outland.
