Available everywhere, the album includes newly reimagined versions of Zimmer’s Academy Award-winning melodies and themes from Hollywood blockbusters like Dune, The Lion King, The Dark Knight, Inception, Interstellar, The Last Samurai, Man of Steel, No Time to Die, Pirates of the Caribbean and more.

“I tried to pick pieces of music that people adore, and then I tried to pick pieces of music that might be a little bit more obscure that we as the band love playing.
And I think we finally got it right,' says Hans Zimmer about the new album, adding, “Capturing these moments in time, with this extraordinary band of musicians playing at their very, very best, is the reason this record exists. It exists because I love the musicians, I love the musicianship, I love the audience and what happens when we bring these two diverse families together.”

Melding atmospheric classical arrangements, electronic elements and the powerful sound of a rock band, Hans Zimmer Live is an epic collection featuring over 2 hours of music.
Recording the album during his hugely successful European tour of the same name, Zimmer created new “suites” to be performed alongside his 20-piece band “The Disruptive Collective,” which features a gallery of long-time musical companions, the Odessa Orchestra & Friends and Choir.

“The Disruptive Collective” features musicians who have been working together with Zimmer for a long time such as the singers and composers Lisa Gerrard (Gladiator), Lebo M. (The Lion King) and Loire Cotler (X Men: Dark Phoenix), cellist Tina Guo (Wonder Woman) and Nick Glennie-Smith (musical director of the band). Other soloists include Andrew Kawczynski (synthesizer, percussion), Pedro Eustache (windwoods), Refi (vocalist), Rusanda Panfili (vocals), Guthrie Govan (guitars), Andy Pask (upright bass), Aicha Djidjelli (drums), Steven Doar (percussion, keyboards), Molly Rogers (vocals), Juan Garcia Herreros [Snow Owl] (electric bass), Nile Marr (guitars), Leah Zeger (vocals), Holly Madge (drumkit), Aleksandra Šuklar (percussion). Hans Zimmer plays multiple instruments on the album.

Hans Zimmer LIVE is available at streaming services in stereo and the immersive formats Dolby Atmos and Sony 360 RA as well as for digital download now and will be available as a 2-CD DigiPac and a limited 4 x 180 g audiophile vinyl set in April.
