Lakeshore Records presents a soundtrack for the Paramount Network series Yellowstone, This album Season 5 volume one contains the music by Brian Tyler and Breton Vivian.
This Volume 1 is avalable digitally on December 9, 2022 and a second volume is expected to come out in 2023.
Lakeshore Records has previously released the music from Season 2, Season 3 and Season 4 and Sony Classical has released an album with Brian Tyler’s score from Season 1.
Yellowstone is created by Taylor Sheridan with Kevin Costner, Luke Grimes, Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, Gil Birmingham, Forrie J. Smith, Ryan Bingham and Wendy Moniz.
The series follows the Dutton family, owners of the largest ranch in Montana, the Yellowstone Dutton Ranch, commonly called 'the Yellowstone'. The plot revolves around family drama at the ranch and the bordering Broken Rock Indian Reservation, national park, and developers.
In this fifth season John is sworn in as Governor of Montana and thanks his voters. Beth and Jamie have a stare down. Market Equities CEO Caroline Warner (Jacki Weaver) smashes a glass as John’s win is announced, certain it spells the death of the airport and resort.
But her associate, Ellis Steele, points out how glum and depressed Jamie looks on stage as the celebration continues. He’s the weak link, and Caroline instructs Ellis to bring in Sarah Atwood.
Governor Dutton dons his cowboy hat and after a brief acknowledgement of applause, he delivers another speech. He reconfirms he didn’t want this job; he just wants to preserve what makes Montana special.
He announces his first official action is to cancel the funding for the Paradise Valley Airport Project and the surrounding commercial developments….
