The Land of Dreams is directed by Nicola Abbatangelo with Caterina Shulha, George Blagden, Marina Rocco, Paolo Calabresi, Ryan Reid, Carla Signoris, Nathan Amzi, Stefano Fresi and Edoardo Pesce.
The love story between Eva (Caterina Shulha), a young immigrant who has always dreamed of becoming a singer but right now works as a dishwasher, and Armie (George Blagden), a very skilled pianist with a lively imagination.
They will discover that fantasy, dream and life can indeed be mixed and become the recipe for happiness.
The story is set in the post-WWI New York City, right before the Great Depression. A time of music, hopes and some particularly important changes….
'It’s never easy to make a movie. Like being on a rollercoaster, we travel at a supersonic speed, between ups and downs.
It is for this very reason that I have always considered it essential to surround myself with true and great talents.
With Fabrizio we share a true friendship and the dream to create stories that can give the audience that same amazement that pushed us, since childhood, to pursue this career.
