The TV movie Pour l'honneur d'un fils is directed in 2020 by Olivier Guignard with Stéphane Bern, Constance Dollé, Julie-Anne Roth, Marie Kauffman, Stéphane Brel, Bruno Debrandt, Mounir Margoum, Eric Savin, Frans Boyer, Amélie Prevot, Guillaume Arnault, Gaëlle Battut, Esteban Fouillot, Mathis Luc.
Commander Paul Leclerc is a former fighter pilot, who trains the military in the use of observation drones. During a field operation in Africa, his son Guillaume, hired as a ground commando, is killed.
Although the investigation quickly concludes that it was an enemy fire, Paul cannot accept this hypothesis. Something is wrong and he intends to find out what.
As the quest for the truth becomes obsessive, Paul must leave no stone unturned, among the enemies of France, and unfortunately perhaps, among his friends.
Discovering the truth little by little, he will fight against the temptation to take justice into his own hands.
