Hildur Guđnadóttir is an Icelandic composer, cello player and singer who writes music for film, television, video games, theatre, dance and art installations. With her music for the film Joker she has won an Oscar, a Golden Globe, a Bafta Award and the Composer of the Year Award at the World Soundtrack Awards in Ghent. She has written music for films such as Joker, Women Talking, Tár, the television series Chernobyl and the videogame Battlefield 2042.
