Beat Records presents for the first time on CD the complete edition of the soundtrack by Nino Oliviero and Bruno Nicolai from IL PELO NEL MONDO (aka 'Go, go, go World!' '), A documentary film directed in 1964 by Renato Marvi and Antonio Margheriti, a report on the most extreme customs in the most diverse plagues of the world. The various episodes include, in addition to some strips, visions of half-naked savages, documentation on the beheading of roosters, the slaughter of wild boars, the milking of Swiss cows, the sale of Chinese children in Hong Kong, prostitution and even some religious processions. This film is part of the famous trend of the 'movie world'. For '' The hair in the world '' two excellent musicians were chosen: Nino Oliviero fresh from the success of '' Mondo cane '' and Bruno Nicolai, a novice composer and already an active collaborator of Ennio Morricone as conductor. At that time the C.A.M. published a 33 rpm (Cms. 30-090) with twenty-two selections in mono, the same material was then reprinted in America by the Musicor Records label (MM 2059). We were able to use the master tapes of the mono recording session which allowed us to discover nineteen unreleased tracks that bring our CD to a total duration of 68:45. This premiere world CD aims to pay homage to the musical art of two titanic Italian musicians, the Masters Nino Oliviero and Bruno Nicolai, with great affection and will certainly take place in every archive devoted to high quality Cinema Music. Good listening, this beautiful OST will guide you around the world with almost seventy minutes of great music without age.
Available in Jewel box format, with 12-page color booklet illustrated by Daniele De Gemini, mastering and production notes by Claudio Fuiano.
