Tercera visita al museo más fantástico y tercera aportación del músico neoyorquino Alan Silvestri, quien realiza una plausible adaptación de la temática inicial, quizás no desde la inspiración pero sí desde la honestidad artística. 'Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb' es una pieza orquestal que describe con evidente profesionalidad las peripecias de los singulares personajes, siempre dibujando el lado más épico de la historia. No obstante, Silvestri pierde, en cierta manera, la gran oportunidad de crear un score mucho más espectacular y se ciñe al subrayado, dejando de lado las melodías perdurables.
