Nieuwe release La-La Land Records
La-La Land Records, in samenwerking met Universal Pictures, Amblin Entertainment, Universal Music Special Markets en Geffen Records hebben voor de 25ste verjaardag van de film Casper James Horner's score uitgebracht in een Deluxe 2-CD set. Deze film uit 1995 is geregisseerd door Brad Silberling met in de hoofdrollen Bill Pullman, Christina Ricci en Cathy Moriarty. James Horner (Aliens, Project X, Glory, Searching For Bobby Fischer, Braveheart, Legends of the Fall,...) schreef een meesterlijk mooie score voor Casper. Zijn muziek tilde deze ontroerende familiefilm naar een hoger niveau. Voor dit album werd de muziek volledig geremastered door Mike Matessino. CD 1 bevat de expanded film score en extras. CD 2 heeft het originele soundtrack album. De liner notes zijn geschreven door Jeff Bond, de cover art is gemaakt door Jim Titus. In totaal zullen er 3000 exemplaren verkrijgbaar zijn.
