Biografia (Biografia dostępna tylko w języku angielskim) (Zaktualizowano 2009-11-11)

The daughter of two award-winning ballroom dancers, Lisbeth Scott was raised as a classical pianist, rehearsing hours a day and headed for a concert career. She studied at The New England Conservatory, Connecticut College and The University of London throughout the 1990's. Lisbeth then headed to Los Angeles where she really began to discover her voice... as did the film world. Scott’s vocals can be heard on over 50 blockbuster films including “The Passion of the Christ,” “Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe,” “Shrek 1 and 2”, and Steven Spielberg’s “Munich” in which legendary composer, John Williams wrote a five minute solo specifically for her.

Between these projects, as a singer/songwriter, composer and multi-instrumentalist, Scott also recorded and produced seven albums of her solo work, three of which were honored with Best Album, Best New Artist, and Best Vocal Performance in the New Age Category. Throughout her career she has worked closely with Steven Spielberg, John Williams, Hans Zimmer, Ridley Scott, Tony Scott, Harry Gregson-Williams, John Debney and many others. Her songs have been covered by other artists, including Macy Grey and Bliss. She has been the recipient of a Gold Record for her work on the score of “The Passion”, and has made countless television appearances (Today Show, Jay Leno) performing her own works and the music of others. She tours regularly as both solo artist and with a band of equally accomplished musicians. Scott has teamed up with Greg Ellis to form the duo, Biomusique, which won best new artist and vocal album in The New Age Reporter Awards for 2008. Lisbeth currently resides in Venice, CA.
