De muziek van het populaire ps2 game Headhunter en Headhunter Redemption is eindelijk op dubbele cd verkrijgbaar bij La la land records (zij hebben ook Secret Weapons over Normandy gereleased). De voor mij onbekende componist Richard Jacques heeft voor Headhunter een schitterende score geschreven. Zeer goed thema voor het hoofdpersonage Jack dat tijdens de cd op 101 verschillende manieren gebruikt wordt. Dit is muziek in volle James Bond stijl. Lekker orkestraal in cobinatie met een drum loops en andere electronische klanken. De muziek van Headhunter staat op de 2de cd en is voor mij de beste van de 2. Headhunter Redemption (vervolg op Headhunter) is helemaal anders. Veel minder orkestraal en ook veel minder actie gedreven. De 1ste cd moet het vooral hebben van sfeer en spanning opbouw. Het thema van headhunter is heel subtiel verweven in de muziek, bijna niet meer herkenbaar. Beide cd's duren 66 min. Headhunter Redemption is goed maar staat volledig in de schaduw van headhunter. Als je van plan bent om deze cd te kopen, doe het dan vooral voor cd 2!!
