With a setting inspired by 19th Century Japan, director Kenneth Branagh adapts William Shakespeare's lightest and most delightful comedy “As You Like It”, a celebration of the enduring power of love in all its many disguises. Patrick Doyle's score is one of his best. It's a ravishingly beautiful and exotic work which also has moments of thrilling drama. The score culminates in a spectacular Romance for Violin and Orchestra. Patricks Doyle's As You Like It is one of the film music highlights of the year!
