' Pain has a thousand colours, a thousand faces like the wind, the birds and the flowers. Together with people I have known well, and through them, I have tried to speak in my film about pain, love and sorrow, even if this seems to be impossible to understand and difficult to believe for some.
I think that pain, love and sorrow will cpntinue to live in their different forms, because man conscious or not, is the sole carrier of love and pain.' Yilmaz Güney
