La bande originale devrait sortir le 15 mars 2019 et sera disponible en pré-commande sur Amazon.
Fisherman’s Friends est réalisé par Chris Foggin avec un scénario de Nick Moorcroft (Finding Your Feet), Meg Leonard (Finding Your Feet) et Piers Ashworth (St Trinians) et est interprété par Daniel Mays, Tuppence Middleton, James Purefoy, David Hayman, Dave Johns, Sam Swainsbury, Maggie Steed, Christian Brassington et Noel Clarke.
Le film est inspiré de la véritable histoire d’un groupe de pêcheurs des Cornouailles. Il est présenté comme une 'comédie ' - mais le groupe et le village tout entier ont été confrontés à une terrible tragédie il y a cinq ans lorsque deux membres du groupe ont été tués lorsqu'une porte de poids lourd s'est effondrée sur eux alors qu'ils se préparaient pour un concert. Le film a été tourné sur place à Cornwall.
