Varèse Sarabande annonce la parution d'un ensemble de 8 Cd , 'The Stephen King Soundtrack Collection', consacré au célèbre écrivain. Le box comprend quatre bandes originales: Le Fléau (The Stand), Dreamcatcher, l'attrape-rêves, Charlie (Firestarter) et The Shining de 1997.

Varèse Sarabande annonce la parution d'un ensemble de 8 Cd , 'The Stephen King Soundtrack Collection', consacré au célèbre écrivain.
Le box comprend quatre bandes originales: Le Fléau (The Stand), Dreamcatcher, l'attrape-rêves, Charlie (Firestarter) et The Shining de 1997.

Le box comprend une édition de luxe double Cd pour le film d'horreur Dreamcatcher, l'attrape-rêves de 2003 réalisé par Lawrence Kasdan avec la partition élargie du film composée par James Newton Howard (The Hunger Games, Maleficent, King Kong, Les Animaux fantastiques), un double Cd pour la mini-série post-apocalyptique Le Fléau (The Stand) avec Gary Sinise, Rob Lowe, Molly Ringwald, Ray Walston, Ruby Dee et Ossie Davis et composée par WG Snuffy Walden (À la Maison blanche, Friday Night Lights) qui a reçu une nomination aux Emmy pour son score.

Une réédition de l'album de la bande originale de Charlie (Firestarter) de 1984 avec Drew Barrymore, avec la musique originale de Tangerine Dream (Legend, Risky Business), ainsi que la première sortie commerciale de la mini-série The Shining de 1997 sur trois disques contenant la musique de Nicholas Pike (Droit au cœur, Captain Ron).

Toute cette belle musique est logé dans un box conçu pour rendre hommage aux livres de poche de Stephen King avec un livret relié de 24 pages et chaque disque est fixé dans une pochette individuelle.
Avec des notes écrites par Randall D. Larson et des dessins d'art originales de Shawn Conn, cette collection est incontournable pour les fans d'horreur et les collectionneurs de films.
