American born Kim Criswell is a talented artiste and a recent addition to the UK theatrical community, having spent the previous years on Broadway (Baby, Nine, The Three Penny Opera) and in L.A.(Cats). Kim’s recordings of Anything Goes and Kiss Me, Kate for EMI won rave reviews and she has made London her home since 1992 when she was invited to play Annie Oakley in Annie Get Your Gun, The Slow Drag and Dames At Sea in the West End. Since then she has been seen on television in the mini-series Savage Play and as Georgie McGuire in Jilly Cooper’s The Man Who Made Husbands Jealous. Kim’s other recordings for JAY include On The Town, Guys & Dolls, The Pajama Game, The Rocky Horror Show and The Slow Drag. She performed at the BBC Cole Porter Gala at this year’s BOC Covent Garden Festival of Arts, Of Thee I Sing for Opera North, Candide with the London Philharmonic Orchestra and is currently starring in a series of Gershwin concerts across the country.
