Walt Disney Records presents the soundtrack for the Disney+ Black Beauty. The album contains the music composed by Guillaume Roussel.

The soundtrack is available to download.

In 2010, Hans Zimmer invited Guillaume Roussel to join the Remote Control team. Since then,
Guillaume composed additional music for American films such as How Do You Know (Comment Savoir) directed by James Brooks, Pirates Of The Caribbean 4 by Rob Marshall, The Smurfs directed by Raja Gosnell, and participated in writing the music for the Academy Awards Ceremony in 2012. His studio is still based in Remote Control, Hans Zimmer’s studio facility.
With a strong background and his experience overseas, Guillaume is becoming one of the most promising composers
in France. In 2012 Guillaume scored his first French feature film Les Seigneurs (The Lords) directed by Olivier Dahan (after a first collaboration as orchestrator for “La Vie En Rose”). In 2013 he composed the music for Vingt Ans D'écart (It Boy) directed by David Moreau.
In 2014, he scored Three Days To Kill, directed by McG, starring Kevin Costner and written by Luc Besson, Grace Of Monaco directed by Oliver Dahan starring Nicole Kidman and Tim Roth, Le Crocodile du Botswanga directed by Fabrice Eboué and Lionel Steketee, La French directed by Cedric Jimenez starring Jean Dujardin and Outcast directed by Nick Powell and starring Nicolas Cage and Haydn Christensen and more recently Black Beauty featuring Kate Winslet (For Disney) and Bac Nord featuring Gilles Lellouches and Adele Exarchopoulos.

Black Beauty is directed by Ashley Avis with Mackenzie Foy, Iain Glen, Claire Forlani, as well as Kate Winslet as the voice of Black Beauty.

A teenager grieving over the loss of her parents bonds with Beauty (Kate Winslet voice) a horse who was taken away from her family.
The story is told from the perspective of the horse, and it takes inspiration from the 1877 novel 'Black Beauty: His Grooms and Companions, the Autobiography of a Horse' by Anna Sewell, but set in a modern timeline.
