The Bay of Silence is directed by Paula van der Oest avec (voix originales) Claes Bang, Olga Kurylenko, Brian Cox, Assaad Bouab and Alice Krige.

Rosalind (Kurylenko) and Will (Bang) live an enviable life in London. She’s a celebrated artist, he is a dependable engineer, willing stepfather to her twin eight-year old daughters. When the difficult birth of their son, Amadeo, rocks Rosalind’s carefully calibrated world, she abruptly disappears with her children and the young nanny, Candy (Shalisha James Davis). Will suspects a link to a recently arrived suitcase from France, filled with faded photographic negatives….

About John Swihart:

John Swihart is an award-winning Film and Television composer, committed to finding unique sounds and surprising instrument choices that resonate with the story to create unpredictable contemporary scores. He is perhaps best known for his score to Napoleon Dynamite, Youth in Revolt, Employee of the Month, and his music for the TV shows How I Met Your Mother, and Go On.

“When I first heard his Casio-inspired score that conjured the classic teen dweeb of Napoleon Dynamite, I knew a truly original composer had arrived on the scene with John Swihart. Of course, his music has since grown from that hilarious sound to encompass a wide range of genres. I can always count on hearing something wildly different and creative in John’s approach, music that inspires me. He remains one of the composers with a true voice that never fails to come across loud, and often eccentrically clear.”
