Milan Records announces the November 6 release of the first-ever international vinyl edition of Cowboy Bebop (Original Series Soundtrack) with music by Japanese band Seatbelts. Available for preorder now, the album features music written by Seatbelts frontwoman Yoko Kanno for director Shinichirō Watanabe’s hugely successful and critically acclaimed anime series. Featuring exclusive artwork designed by Cowboy Bebop character designer and animation director Toshihiro Kawamoto, the double-LP gatefold set arrives in various vinyl color variants exclusive to Milan Records, Mondo, Light In The Attic, Right Stuf and Newbury Comic.

Cowboy Bebop follows the Bebop crew of intergalactic loners as they team up to track down fugitives and turn them in for cold hard cash. Alone, any of them are likely to get lost in the sprawl of space. Together, they’re the coolest gang of bounty hunters in 2071.

Seatbelts is a technical masters’ band that sometimes comes to the Earth. Seatbelts frontwoman Yoko Kanno is a composer, arranger and music producer best known for her work on the anime soundtracks (Cowboy Bebop, Macross Plus, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex), films, video games and advertisements. In addition, she also has composed and arranged 'Musical Composition in Celebration of the Enthronement of the new Emperor.'
