The soundtrack will be released digitally March 8, 2019 and a vinyl version is set to come out on April 26 by Mute Records.
Knife + Heart is directed by Yann Gonzalez with Vanessa Paradis, Nicolas Maury, Kate Moran, Jonathan Genet, Romane Bohringer.
