The 1962 London production of the Broadway musical 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes' starred British comedy star Dora Bryan in the leading role of Lorelei Lee. The production was recorded in stereo, in which Bryan sings the show's showstopper 'Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend' from the Jule Styne-Leo Robin score in her inimitable style. Other familiar numbers are 'Bye Bye Baby' and 'A Little Girl From Little Rock'. This recording is appearing on CD for the first time with four bonus tracks (including a 'pop' version of 'Diamonds').
