Jean-Gabriel has decided to take his entire family to spend Christmas vacation in the mountains. And this time, there better be no hiccups. But he hadn't counted on his mother showing up from the West Indies, his children who don't want to go away, Jojo who leaves him with his Hummer, and his wife who tells him that she's got to look after her father whom she hasn't seen since she told him she was marrying Jean-Gabriel.
But for Jean-Gabriel, family is sacred and so is Christmas!
For this sequel to 'The First Star' Lucien Jean-Baptiste set the tone from the first working meeting : « 'Home Alone'. So we opted for a very orchestral and fast score, filled with 'Sleigh Belt' and 'flying wood'. But, just like in the first part, the emotion is also very present. A real Christmas movie! Once again I called on the incredible talent of the Philharmonie in London to record all these notes.
'With Erwann it is a long and beautiful story guided by the success of 'The First Star'.
A complicity was born. The music of this 'second star' is a continuity.
Assuming the tone of 'Christmas movies' with melodies that have nothing to envy to the great classics

In 2023, Erwann Kermorvant offers new life to the films Bowling, Ma Premiere Fois, and, La Deuxieme Etoile by releasing their still unpublished soundtracks, now available on all platforms.
In 2023, Erwann Kermorvant offers new life to the films Bowling, Ma Premiere Fois, and, La Deuxieme Etoile by releasing their still unpublished soundtracks, now available on all platforms.
Two other projects that had their audiovisual releases in 2022 can also now benefit from a strong musical influence thanks to the soundtracks available on streaming services since the beginning of 2023: Overdose, the latest feature film by Olivier Marchal for Amazon, as well as the L’ile Prisonniere, series by Elsa Bennet and Hippolyte Dard (now on Salto and soon on France TV).
Erwann is currently writing for the fourth season series of Astrid Et Raphaëlle.
