Jon Altham's score available on October 1st 2019
SWS Records will release Jon Altham's score to The Divisible on October 1st 2019. The Divisible is a short film directed by Marcus T. Thomas and starring Marcus T. Thomas, Nicole Starrett and Mateo Ray Garcia. The films tells the story of an interracial couple which fights against all odds to protect their son in a new dystopian nation divided by race. The film was screened during the silver state film festival. Composer Jon Altham wrote the score and with his music he tried to find the essence of the story. The soundtrack contains the film score but also some suites. Theme's and ideas that the composer developed into a longer listen experience. You can already pre-order the soundtrack. A deluxe edition will be released somewhere at the end of October. Currently there's no specific release date for that album but it will have a signed album cover, the complete sheet music (Digital) for UWSDWF (For Orchestra), the last dance (For Orchestra), Thomas and Esme's Theme (For Piano and Cello), and Beach Suite (For Orchestra) and a Behind The Score (Write-Up). You can also get a copy of the special edition version and that will have a signed album cover. The total runtime of the soundtrack is 30 minutes.
