Back Lot Music will release on Friday June 9th 2017 Theodore Shapiro's score to Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie. The music will be released digitally. This Dreamworks Animation film is directed by David Soren and features the voices of Kevin Hart, Ed Helms, Nick Kroll, Thomas Middleditch, Jordan Peele and Kristen Schaal. The score is written by composer Theodore Shapiro (Marley and Me, Ghostbusters, Spy, Tropic Thunder, ....). Virgin Records already released a song album containing 3 tracks of Shapiro's score.
