La-La Land Records and Sony Pictures proudly present the remastered and expanded reissue of acclaimed composer Bill Conti’s (ROCKY, FOR YOUR EYES ONLY, THE KARATE KID, MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE), original motion picture score to 1989’s big-screen, THE KARATE KID PART III, the second sequel to the 1984 classic, THE KARATE KID, starring Ralph Macchio, Noriyuki “Pat” Morita, and directed by John G. Avildsen.
Previously out of print, the sensational THE KARATE KID PART III score returns with all new packaging and exclusive, in-depth liner notes by writer Al Kaplan, completely remastered audio and now features the world-premiere release on CD of Zamfir’s pan flute performances as heard in the film! Once again, Conti triumphantly returns to the world of THE KARATE KID, closing out the original famed trilogy with breathtaking new material and effective renditions of his classic KARATE KID motifs.
Produced by Neil S. Bulk and mastered by Doug Schwartz, this limited edition CD release of 3000 units was sourced from studio vault elements and features a bounty of additional music tracks and alternate cues.
