The Firm 2-CD set & Commando heruitgave

Nieuwe releases La-La Land Records

La-La Land Records heeft deze week 2 nieuwe soundtracks uitgebracht. De eerste is Dave Grusin's score voor The Firm in een 2-CD set en de tweede is een heruitgave van James Horner's Commando. Dave Grusin's score voor The Firm was in 1993 verkrijgbaar maar de soundtrack was een combinatie van Grusin's score en songs. Nu is Grusin's piano score voor het eerst in zijn volledige versie verkrijgbaar. Grusin componeerde een score welke alleen gebruik maakte van de piano. Hij zorgde met zijn muziek ervoor dat Sydney Pollack's thriller, met Tom Cruise, Ed Harris en Holly Hunter in de hoofdrol, de nodige emotie had. Zijn muziek was krachtig, vol passie en ondersteunde de verschillende suspense scenes. De volledige score staat op CD 1 en de originele score plus verschillende extra's op CD 2. Deze set is volledig geremastered en beschikbaar in 3000 exemplaren. Met een speelduur van 124 minuten worden we rijkelijk verwend door La-La Land Records.
