Interview Bear McCreary

Filmmusicsite.com talked with Battlestar Galactica composer!

Bear McCreary is a composer of music for television, film and videogames. He studied music at the prestigious USC Thornton School of Music. He was one of the last protégés of the late Elmer Bernstein where he learned the tools of the trade along the way. Bear has written music for the television series Battlestar Galactica, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Caprica, Trauma and Human Target. He recently scored his first feature film with Step Up 3D and he is currently working on a new television series The Walking Dead, written and directed by Frank Darabont.
