Na na na na na na na na BATMAAAAN! No, not really, but rather it is Neal Hefti that is the focus of this new 2CD set from Jasmine Records. Neil Hefti was one of the most prolific arrangers of the big band era and beyond. He was equally renowned as a jazz trumpeter, writer and conductor but to the general public he may well be best known for the television and movie theme tunes for the 60s Batman series starring Adam West. Oh and let's not forget the hit series 'The Odd Couple'.
