World premiere of powerful original soundtrack to stylish, sexy Bob Rafelson thriller with Debra Winger, Theresa Russell. Ace thriller composer Michael Small writes tense score for large string orchestra augmented by woodwinds, piano, French horn. Strings remain keynote - clinical, icy suspense trades with fierce stabbing action. Composer also makes creative use of echoing string pizzicatos, electronic manipulations of same. Chilling! That said, complex yet warm-ish main theme makes appearance, brings score to a close. CD presented in dynamic stereo from original 20th Century-Fox session elements. Michael Small conducts. Limited edition of 1200 copies!
