Interview Henry Jackman

Jackman writes score to Turbo and Captain America 2!

Henry Jackman is a composer of filmmusic. Henry Jackman began his classical training at St. Paul's Cathedral Choir School, Eton College and Oxford University, all in England. After graduating Jackman emigrated to the United States and entrenched himself in the underground rave and electronica scene in SoHo, New York, making dance singles. Later on he began working at Zimmers Remote Control Studios. He has since built a prestigious reputation on his own. Jackman won an Annie Award for Music in an Animated Feature Production for Wreck-It Ralph, and was nominated for Discovery of the Year by the World The New Musical Cast|Soundtrack/Cast Album">Soundtrack|Musical Cast Recording|The New Musical Cast|Soundtrack/Cast Album Awards. Jackmans current projects include Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Captain Phillips. Henry Jackman recently scored This Is The End and Dreamworks latest animation film Turbo.
