Elfman's score available on May 28th 2013

Sony Classical will be releasing Danny Elfman's score to the animation film Epic on May 28th 2013. Epic is the latest animation film from director Chris Wedge (Ice Age 1,2 and 3, Robots). This film tells the story of a teenage girl who finds herself transported to a deep forest setting where a battle between the forces of good and the forces of evil is taking place. She bands together with a rag-tag group characters in order to save their world -- and ours. Danny Elfman wrote a magical score wich will be available on cd and digital download on May 28th 2013. The album features 52 minutes of Elfman's score. Earlier this year Danny Elfman wrote the score to Oz The Great and Powerfull.
